From here begins the history of glass production as we know it today.
In reality of archaeological excavations in the Middle East, Egypt and Mesopotamia, attest that already between 3500 and 3000 BC there were glass products, in effect these areas are rich in silica sand, sand suitable to create the glass.
Were in any case the Phoenicians spread the material all over the world shopping then. In the history of the glass was used extensively for domestic furnishings or for ornamental use or sacred urns or for religious rites.
